In order to optimize system performance, your MLS has specified a minimum combination of search criteria that must be entered before a search is begun. A variety of criteria combinations qualify; for example, you could enter values for the Property Type, Status, and Price fields before beginning your search. Additional criteria can always be included with the minimum search criteria.
If you try to perform a search without entering a minimum combination of search criteria, a page displays listing all of the combinations of criteria that meet the minimum guidelines. After reviewing this page, you can return to the search form containing all of the values you have previously selected by clicking the Close button.
